I believe everything about a person makes sense given where they’ve come from and what they’ve gone through. From this perspective, I help clients develop greater self-compassion and understanding rather than shame or self-blame while empowering them to create meaningful and lasting change. I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem concerns, people-pleasing patterns, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and unresolved childhood experiences. I also enjoy working with couples who feel stuck in painful communication patterns, recurring conflict, or disconnection despite deeply caring about one another.

You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I help adults manage anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions through a thoughtful, evidence-based approach. Together, we'll build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional wellness, and help you move forward with confidence.

I integrate CBT, mindfulness, self-compassion practices, psychoeducation, and IFS-informed approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to carrying things on your own. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
