Seeking therapy can be difficult, and it can be hard to talk about issues with debilitating symptoms. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, my goal is to meet you where you are, build a strong therapeutic relationship, and develop treatment plans that are specific to you as an individual. I work with adults (17+) who have anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, chronic pain and illnesses, grief, suicidal thoughts and self harm, and with military and veteran populations. If you are struggling, I want to assist and support you in reaching your treatment goals.
I use evidence-based practice models that are Person Centered and Strengths Based to include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy (SBFT). I collaborate with patients to help identify interventions that will best fit their needs.
