About
Seeking therapy can be difficult, and it can be hard to talk about issues with debilitating symptoms. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, my goal is to meet you where you are, build a strong therapeutic relationship, and develop treatment plans that are specific to you as an individual. I work with adults (17+) with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD. I have experience with medical social work, managing chronic pain and illnesses, grief, suicide prevention, and military and veteran populations. If you are struggling, I want to make sure you get the therapy and interventions you need to make positive changes in your life.
I use evidence-based practice models that are Person Centered and Strengths Based, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and Solution Focused (SFT). I tailor therapy techniques in sessions based on each individual's unique needs and personality.
I am here to help! If you have any questions about my services, please contact my office.
