I work with all age groups (aged 8+) and identities (LGBTQIA+ friendly), with a specific passion for working with teens and elderly folks. I can help you address depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, and anything that may be impacting your mental health. My counseling technique focuses on empathy, creativity, humor, and collaboration. I strive to establish a secure relationship with you in the therapy space, and I hope to help you on your path to healing and self-growth (no matter how messy it may be at times). Life is constantly throwing challenges at us, and I would love to be a support for you through it all.
I create treatment plans through a trauma focused lens, and I believe each person deserves a nonjudgmental space to tell their story. I use a mix of client centered techniques and borrow many interventions from brainspotting, CBT, and feminist theory. I provide in-person services in Oconomowoc and telehealth for clients with extenuating circumstances.
In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball, taking care of my plants, and playing board games. I also have fun exploring my artistic side, which I love to bring into the counseling space.
