As a psychotherapist, I provide individuals with a safe space where they will be carefully listened to and understood. Specializing in psychodynamics, I provide my patients with a warm therapeutic relationship where we will explore past experiences that may be related to current emotional distress in several life areas (relationships, family, career, parenting, eating issues/body image, health and self esteem). We will explore your presenting symptoms not as a "disease" or a "problem" but rather an insight into understanding the self and your needs in a more compassionate way. I also offer supervision to mental health professionals.
I view patients holistically in order to capture the individual's whole story. Psychoanalysis, mindfulness,CBT and dream interpretation are therapeutic interventions I incorporate into my practice depending on the individual needs of the patient. I also teach and encourage patient's to utilize effective communication to heal in various types of relationships

Mindfulness Workshop
Designed to educate members on the profound benefits of mindfulness. Provides members with materials on mindfulness as well as a safe space to learn and participate in life changing mindfulness practices. Practices such as mindful seeing, listening and doing are just some of the practices we will be learning and engaged in. We will also be deep diving into various mindfulness concepts and ways to incorporate these concepts into our daily lives, which, naturally will improve quality of life and assist us in being more effective in all life areas.
