I utilize EMDR and other trauma focused modalities to help individuals learn how to overcome their traumatic experiences and transition from being a survivor to a thriver. I am Gottman Level 1 trained, I utilize this method to assist couple's learn how to communicate effectively and connect. Using multiple modalities assists in meeting you where you are at.
