About
My goal is to assist you in reaching your full potential so that you are able to live your most fulfilling life. I recognize that each person is unique and there is no “one-size fits all” approach to therapy, so I use an individualized, person-centered approach in working with my clients. We will work together to navigate life’s challenges and create a collaborative treatment plan by building upon your own natural strengths and resilience. I have experience working with a variety of different therapeutic models, and I primarily utilize a cognitive behavioral or dialectical behavioral approach in my work with clients.
I work with children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, academic and/or occupational challenges, relationship issues, woman’s issues and domestic violence.
Correspondence can occur via phone call, text, or email based on client preference. If you are interested in setting up therapy or want to know more, do not hesitate to reach out.
