Hi there! Experiences from our past can lead to painful feelings and unhealthy patterns that we get "stuck" in. My role as a therapist is to support, empower, challenge, and provide space for reflection for you to heal and connect with your authentic self. Using an integration of techniques, my goal is to help you feel connected to and confident in your emotional and physical self.
