With over 10 years of experience and a background in forensic therapy, I use a trauma-informed approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I often work with clients navigating relationship challenges, anxiety and the shifts that can happen during college or life transitions. My focus is helping you understand patterns and build practical tools for change.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish and aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest about what you’re going through.
