I work with adolescents and adults, individuals and couples. I’m especially passionate about working with trauma, PTSD, immigration, acculturation, the LGBTQ+ community, artists, and sociopolitical concerns. I provide therapy in English and Russian. (I stand firmly against the Russo-Ukrainian war).
As a therapist, I think of myself as a companion. I walk with you through darkness and through light, help you find your path and promote confidence in the way you walk. Theoretically, I draw from Interpersonal Psychodynamic and Existential orientations: I highlight patterns in the ways you relate, explore their meaning, and offer a space to play with them.
