Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. You may appear to have it all together, but inside you feel stuck in cycles that don’t make sense, disconnected from yourself or others, or burdened by pain that never fully healed. I work with women and families living with the impact of complex trauma - the kind that lingers in the body and shapes how we love, trust, and see ourselves. Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s beneath the surface: unspoken memories, learned survival patterns, and the longing for safety and connection. My approach is grounded, relational, and trauma-informed, helping you move from simply coping to truly healing.
I help women and families heal from trauma using EMDR, TRM, somatic therapy, and emotionally focused work. In this space, we go beyond talk therapy to tend to the untouched wounds of the past, supporting nervous system healing, emotional regulation, and relational repair, so you can move from survival into grounded, embodied resilience.
My approach is holistic, attuned, and rooted in trauma-informed care. I support clients in moving through what’s been overwhelming, unspoken, or stuck. With empathy, clarity, and even a little humor, I hold space for deep healing, so you can feel more whole, connected, and at ease in your life.
