As a Christian therapist, seminary-trained & ministry experienced, I weave proven psychological methods with optional ancient Biblical practices (like prayer, meditation, and fasting) to help you become confident in the present and hopeful for the future. And as a Level 2 Gottman therapist, I integrate methods backed by 40 years of research, to help couples reconcile and heal.

By challenging negative thoughts and regulating your emotions, you can get back to daily living without all the overwhelm. I believe people are experts of themselves. By integrating a creative approach unique to your needs, you can experience health and freedom once again.
