Hi there, my name is Kristina Mills-Gregory, and I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in North Carolina, Florida, Vermont, and Oregon. I have been providing therapy for over 14 years. I have a Masters in Counseling from Campbell University, and a BA in Psychology and Communication Studies from University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Prior to becoming a therapist, I started my career as a school counselor in public schools. I have also worked in community mental health, providing a wide range of services.

My passion is helping others achieve their goals, and that is why I take a partnership approach to therapy. We will work together to ensure that you are moving forward in your progress.

I use a wide variety of techniques that are specific to the individual, based on your needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focus Technique, and Person Centered. I work to ensure that you feel safe and secure, by providing a space free from judgment.
