I provide individual mental health services that are tailored towards your needs and goals. My therapy approach is client-centered and strengths-based. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy as they work to confront traumatic experiences or everyday stresses. I'm committed to creating a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment for clients to explore their feelings, work through difficult issues and increase coping skills.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, domestic violence and life transitions. I'm trained in multiple evidence-based interventions to address trauma including EMDR and TF-CBT. I also specialize in perinatal mental health and am passionate about helping clients through their fertility, pregnancy and postpartum journeys.
