Hi! Welcome to my page! My name is Kristina Howard and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in various settings. Recently, I shifted focus to include Maternal Mental Health and Health & Wellness Coaching. Navigating life, with all of the Ups & Downs, can be overwhelming and difficult to manage. Fortunately, there is light at the end of the tunnel and you don’t have to get there by yourself. I am here to listen, support, encourage and teach. I am very passionate about helping others live the life THEY want and am honored to be apart of YOUR journey.
Over time, we will work together to build a "toolkit" of helpful strategies to manage symptoms, stress, emotions, behaviors, relationships and life transitions. I use a person centered, strengths-based approach to build a true partnership with clients. I provide a safe, nurturing, compassionate and judgement free space fostering growth and healing.
