About
I am a Board Certified Clinical Psychologist specializing in work with first responders, medical and mental health professionals and veterans addressing issues of stress, trauma, work and relationship functioning. I work collaboratively with you to determine your treatment needs and specifically tailor our work together to bring about the change you are looking for, in a realistic and focused manner. You can get a sense of my work from my podcast Be Awesome - Celebrating Mental Health and Wellness, or from my books Own Best Friend: 8 Steps to a Life of Purpose, Passion and Ease, and Be Awesome - Banish Burnout, Create Motivation
We are in a really difficult time. Anxiety and stress are rising. First responders are on the frontline. Mental wellness is what keeps us going. Psychological resources promote resilience and stress management. Here is a link to free resources for you: http://unbouncepages.com/resiliencetraining/
In addition to psychotherapy, I also offer executive coaching services for professionals who want to re-invigorate their work and home life, banish burnout and create a life they look forward to living every day.
