I use collaborative, compassionate, strengths-based approach, and incorporate evidenced-based practices to meet individual needs. Using variety of approaches helps me be creative and meet each person just where they are at in their journey. I have experience in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues and brain injuries.
