My goal is to help individuals increase the knowledge of what may be going on and to bring a creative perspective on things. I enjoy putting a creative spin on techniques to help individuals find a way to relate to new skills that can be very helpful for them. I use my creative skills as much as possible to individualize treatment and how to relate to clients the best way that I can. I think outside of the box so that I can address the issues going on in the most effective way.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and a Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CADC) but don’t let all the letters confuse you! I have worked with adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults with OCD, anxiety, depression, substance use, and self-esteem.
I enjoy being able to sit with clients, come up with ideas of how we can work on issues, and at times, that does include becoming uncomfortable but we’re working as a team to get you one step further to the goals you have!
