Through these years I have helped individuals with a variety of issues including: mood disorders, anxiety disorders, self-injury, relationship issues, anger management, stress management, loss/grief issues, and difficulties with life changes. I have provided therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, and families.
My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, gentle, and calm. Initially, I strive to create a comfortable therapeutic relationship, and, then through a collaborative approach I believe we can find the answers and healing you need to help move you along toward reaching your life goals.
