Hi, I’m Krissy! (short for Kristina), I'm a licensed clinical social worker and I’m passionate about helping individuals and families recognize the strengths that may feel hidden beneath stress, trauma, anxiety, or difficult life experiences. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free, allowing clients to feel safe enough to heal, grow, and move forward with confidence. I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT), and I love working with teens, adults who are figuring relationships, behaviors & emotions. I offer mental health therapy in both Florida and Michigan.
My approach to therapy is warm, energetic, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work with clients to better understand how past experiences can impact emotions, relationships, behaviors, and self-esteem while also helping them build healthier coping skills and stronger emotional resilience.
