Drawing on my work as a therapist and clinical therapy director, I've assisted individuals, couples and families find healing from variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, acute stress/trauma and parenting distress. My specialties include utilizing EMDR therapy to reprocess traumas and assisting clients in navigating relational dynamics.
