Hello! I am excited to be able to meet you and get to know you and your story. I enjoy working with both children and adults in a variety of different situations. I have knowledge in a variety of topics including people experiencing anxiety, PTSD, agoraphobia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, schizoaffective disorder, and more.
Life can be very difficult and challenging. My role is to go down this path with you so you aren’t handling it alone as well as to help in the places that you might just feel stuck. I have experience working with people with disabilities, adults struggling with serious mental health challenges, grief, loss, college challenges, end of life issues and more.
