I wholeheartedly believe, "when needing compassion, we need someone who is deeply rooted, is able to bend and, most of all, embraces us for our strengths and struggles," Brene Brown. Our clinicians at Second Wind Counseling work with a wide scope of clients who have experienced low self-esteem, phobias, trauma, abuse, relational issues, sexual violence & assault, recovery, codependency, academic or performance anxiety and depression.
I have seen clients who have struggled with triggers for years achieve deep and lasting change and healing. I have a passion for working with first responders, students/teens, adults who are struggling with trauma and performance related symptoms, depression, stress, anxiety, relational issues and have specialized experience in vocational/career counseling.
Whether you have experienced trauma, struggle with anxiety, depression, abuse, emotional neglect, or challenges surrounding sport performance, my goal is to provide an environment of encouragement, compassion and understanding to help each of my clients attain the growth and changes they want to achieve.
