I primarily work with teens and young adults across a variety of concerns including disordered eating and body image, interpersonal and relational problems, identity development, depression, anxiety, medical and health-related concerns, and adjustment/life transitions.
I also specialize in sport psychology and athlete mental health and I hold credentials as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant®. I provide services to both highly competitive and recreational athletes with mental health concerns, injury recovery, career transition/sport retirement, performance-related concerns, and more.
