When your child is struggling with big emotions, behavior challenges, or anxiety, it can feel overwhelming and exhausting as a parent. I work with infants, children, teens, young adults, and parents navigating emotional and behavioral concerns, family stress, and challenges such as tantrums, aggression, school difficulties, and parent-child conflict. In our work together, we focus on understanding what is driving these struggles, strengthening regulation skills, and creating practical strategies that support calmer, more connected interactions at home and in daily life.
As a Registered Play Therapist, I help children and teens express and process emotions through play and creativity, which is a natural way of communication for them. This approach also allows parents to better understand what their child is experiencing and how to respond in supportive, effective ways.
You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. Together, we work to strengthen relationships, build skills, and support lasting growth so your child, teen, or family can feel more confident, understood, and able to thrive.

Harmony & Her
Harmony & Her is a 10-week therapy group for middle school girls that uses music, rhythm, and lyrics to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and foster self-expression. Through creative activities like songwriting, collage-making, and collaborative experiences, girls will explore their voices, connect with peers, and develop tools for emotional resilience, all in a supportive, empowering space. This program is FREE to all participants. Thanks to generous funding from the Children’s Trust of Alachua County.
