I have been utilizing the Cognitive Behavioral approach for approximately eight years, guiding clients through interactive conversations to explore their concerns. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a well-established method for treating various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Additionally, I support both men and women who have experienced domestic violence and narcissistic abuse. Through CBT, clients can openly express their emotions and behaviors, gaining a deeper understanding of their triggers.
Positive psychology is built on four fundamental approaches to therapy, emphasizing the pillars of loving and engaging relationships, a sense of purpose, optimism, and spiritual growth to cultivate authentic happiness.
