I have been helping patients deal with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, infertility, grief, and adjustment issues for over 25 years. I really enjoy seeing a patient improve their coping skills and thereby improve their life. Most of my new patients say that I put them at ease and they are very comfortable with me.
I help patients change their mood, anxiety symptoms, and coping skills by working on their thoughts and behaviors. Also, I have several amazing (doctoral) associates in my practice that offer similar specialties as well as other specialties.
I have worked in many settings & with a variety of patients. This has led to a lot of experience with varied populations.
