My experience is centered around supporting clients as they work on complex trauma, grief, and addiction recovery support. I utilize a variety of counseling techniques including Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Somatic Therapy to find the best-fit approach for each client.
