TELEHEALTH AVAILABLE I believe that everyone has a natural inclination toward positive growth and development, but that life's challenges can block forward movement. These challenges can take the form of depression, anxiety, traumatic events, losses, life transitions, difficulty controlling anger, and difficult relationships. I understand starting therapy can be an intimidating decision. My aim is to provide a comfortable, supportive, and accepting environment in which to explore difficulties, obstacles, and strengths in order to make positive change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, specializing in working with children, teens, adults, and families. I have over 11 years of mental health and supervisory experience in various levels of care. I specialize in a range of concerns to include depression, trauma, anxiety, social skills, and ADHD. I am trained in EMDR, Flash Technique and CCTP.
I encourage clients to be active in their therapy. I utilize a variety of techniques to work with my clients and treatment is tailored around individual's needs. I create a supportive environment for clients to help facilitate their own personal growth. I offer a variety of appointment times including evenings and weekends.
