Are you longing for a more meaningful existence that actually aligns with your wiring? I support neurodivergent individuals (ADHDers, Autistic folks, AuDHDers, and HSPs) through an affirming approach rooted in curiosity, creativity, and neuroscience. I work with people navigating transitions, processing trauma, moving through grief & loss, or yearning to understand their emotions and body sensations more fully. You get to decide what matters to you as you balance your time, energy, and attention (precious, finite resources). Therapy is a collaborative process, and I deeply enjoy working with people who are committed to their growth.
My work stems from the understanding that our minds & bodies are intertwined and that we must foster a symbiotic relationship between them. As a nature-based therapist, I offer 1-on-1 therapy as well as longer, focused therapy intensives. I am trained in EMDR - an incredibly impactful, evidence based technique for working with trauma.

A 6 week Fiber Arts Therapy Group fro Neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, & Highly Sensitive) adult women & femme identifying folks seeking deeper connections with themselves, other humans, & their creativity! Mondays 5:30-7pm in person in Boulder, CO. Dates: Feb 16th, Feb 23rd, March 2nd, March 9th, (skip March 16th), March 23rd, & March 30th. Participants must be able to attend all group sessions. Bring your own work in progress: knitting, crochet, needle point, embroidery, etc. Cost: $80/group; $480 total. Reach out via email if you are interested in joining this group!
