I work with adults navigating trauma and PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity and life transitions, relationship concerns, substance use and recovery, and spiritual or existential concerns. I especially enjoy therapy for therapists and helping professionals, and working with people exploring self-trust, boundaries, people-pleasing, meaning, purpose, or identity. Many of my clients are used to caring for others or holding everything together while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves. Together, we work toward greater connection with yourself and the life you want to create.
My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and whole-person, blending EMDR, somatic therapy informed by ongoing Somatic Experiencing training, mindfulness, and meaning-centered care. When desired and clinically appropriate therapy may also incorporate spirituality, symbolism, creativity, ritual, or therapeutic tarot as tools for reflection and exploration.
You don’t have to fit neatly into a diagnosis or leave meaningful parts of yourself outside the therapy room. My work is collaborative, LGBTQ+ affirming, socially conscious, and grounded in respect for your identity, culture, and lived experience. Reclaiming Identity After Trauma
This is a 6-week closed therapy group for adults navigating trauma, chronic stress, or life transitions. Many feel disconnected from who they are beneath survival roles and coping patterns. This group offers a supportive space to explore identity, reconnect with authentic self, and build emotional and nervous system awareness. We integrate trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, somatic awareness, parts work, mindfulness, with opportunities for reflection and connection. Tarot used as symbolic tool for insight and discussion. Meets Wednesdays, September 30–November 4, 5:30–7 PM. Cost: $300. Intake required for non-current clients (+$185). Reserve by September 11.
