I do this by developing a partnership based on trust and open communication, helping clients strengthen feelings of self-worth and empowerment. Together we will create strategies and attainable goals that will address both your immediate and long-standing challenges.
I have extensive work experience with clients of various backgrounds. My diverse training and work includes a variety of treatment modalities, helping individuals that experience anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, LGBTQIA+ issues, and challenging life transitions.
