My mission as a psychologist is to provide clients with quality humanistic and clinical psychological services. My focus is to enable clients to acquire insight, skills, and motivation for emotional, cognitive, and behavioral transitions. I believe it is essential to the therapeutic process to provide a supportive environment that promotes freedom of personal choice, so that healing and learning can take place. I assist clients in developing coping and inter-personal skills that address topics related to: assertiveness, anger management, parenting strategies, managing mood disorders (anxiety and depression), ADHD, divorce reactions (children and adults), blended families, conflict resolution, mindfulness, sexuality, and stress management.
