I help teens and young adults navigate the unique challenges of their age group, and help young women build confidence, set boundaries, and reduce people-pleasing. Using Motivational Interviewing and DBT, I teach practical skills for emotion regulation, assertive communication, and follow-through so you can create healthier relationships and real change.
