Whether you're tackling rebuilding trust, cultivating intimacy, exploring sexuality, deconstructing harmful self-narratives, or developing communication skills, it is an honor to walk alongside you during this journey, as you invest in yourself and your relationships.
I use a combination of Narrative and Emotionally Focused Therapies, however, I tailor my approach based on the clients' needs. Using an intersectional, sex-positive lens, my therapy process is designed to address issues related to communication, trust, sex, intimacy, harmful power discrepancies, unhelpful self-narratives, and conflict resolution.
I am gender and sexuality affirming and specialize in working with diverse partnership identities and structures, including kink and non-monogamy.
