It's inevitable, life can have its rough patches. We may feel like we don't have control. You wonder: Why am I not happy? What's missing? Why can't I move forward? Sometimes we need help navigating towards our best selves and that's OK. If you're feeling overwhelmed, depressed, or struggling through life transitions and you're looking to make changes, I'm here to offer you support and assistance. I provide services to ages 16 + and work with concerns ranging from, trauma, anxiety, depression, as well parenting skills training. I also have specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I work from a place of understanding and trust so that you can feel comfortable to be your authentic self, which can assist in the therapeutic process.
