My name is Kristin and I would love to help you through this journey of seeking insight. A bit about me... I am a compassionate and empathetic professional who loves making personal connections with my clients (often through humor) and creating a comfortable atmosphere where individuals can begin exploring and working through any issue. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults in Ohio, in the areas of depression, anxiety, life transitions, and spirituality.
While I use multiple approaches (ie. IFS, DBT, etc.), I am grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. This means that I tends to focus on how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, as well as identifying potential solutions to issues. My approach is always tailored to each client's individual needs and personality.
