I have a part-time private practice in Zachary, Louisiana. I use an integrated and eclectic approach when treating clients. This means that I will meet you where you are emotionally and use techniques that fit your unique situation. I have successfully worked with clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and marital/family discord. I also work with clients who are looking for someone to help them on their journey in personal growth and wellness.
I am experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Depression and PTSD. I have extensive experience working with Military Veterans. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing which I use to help clients meet their goals for positive change.
