Hi, I’m Kristin, and I’m really glad you’re here. If you’re considering therapy, there’s a good chance you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of holding everything together. Starting therapy can feel scary as hell. My goal is to give you a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without having to pretend you’re fine. My work with individuals & couples/relationships is warm, down-to-earth, and judgment free. Whether you’re working through anxiety, trauma, sex or intimacy concerns, relationship stress, or the unique pressure that comes with being a first responder, we’ll take it one step at a time, together.

I’ve been working with clients since 2008 and believe that meaningful change happens in relationships built on trust, safety, and authenticity. Sessions are laid-back and real. Swearing is welcome here...sometimes encouraged. :) No need to filter yourself. My style is interactive, down-to-earth, and rooted in real life and evidence-based tools.

I use approaches like EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, always tailoring our work to you. Above all, I’m committed to creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and free to show up as your authentic self.
