As a therapist, I understand that making a choice to change the thoughts, feelings, relationships, or circumstances in our lives that are creating barriers or problems is a courageous thing to do. In both individual and couples counseling, I will partner with you to identify the issues preventing you from being who and where you want to be in your own life. I will work with you to create a safe space to work through whatever issues or needs bring you to therapy.
I work with adults individually or as a couple and specialize in couples counseling, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, issues adjusting to life changes of various types, coping skills and CBT/ thought management.
