I can help you explore difficult emotions, strengthen relationships with yourself and others, and develop healthy communication skills, boundaries, and coping skills. I would be honored to walk with you on your mental and emotional wellness journey.

I believe effective therapy is rooted in the genuine and collaborative relationship between client and therapist. I work from an integrative person centered focus that is trauma-informed and draws from attachment, emotion-focused, mindfulness, EMDR, and psychodynamic theories to provide personalized therapy to meet your unique needs.
