Life never seems to slow down, does it? Then it will unexpectedly throw challenges at us that seemingly come out of nowhere. Challenges that often leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from ourselves, others, and the world around us. Regardless of where you are in your life, my goal is to provide a space where you can feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered. I can help you explore difficult emotions, strengthen relationships with yourself and others, and develop healthy communication skills, boundaries, and coping skills. You and I can walk together on your journey of healing and wellness.

I believe that effective therapy is rooted in a genuine and collaborative relationship between the client and the therapist. Using psychodynamic theory as my primary approach, my work is integrative, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I draw on various techniques, including EMDR, attachment, emotion-focused, and mindfulness, to meet your unique needs.
