We live in a world that is full of loneliness and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you learn to hope again.
My life's mission is to help individuals make sense of their stories. I believe that change takes place in two ways: first as we work to understand the "why's" behind our behavior and what has happened to us. And second, as we learn new healthy skills and coping strategies. When those two things align, healing, change and growth are incredibly possible!
