I'm a therapist who walks alongside people on their journey of healing and self-discovery, like a mountain guide for the soul. I listen actively and provide personalized options, ideas, and new tools. I conduct the process with thoughtful questions and insightful activities. I don’t come in with answers, for each person already has their own as the expert in their own lives. I simply help guide them to uncover what's within. All the while, I hold each person with a deep unconditional positive regard using a combination of trauma-informed talk therapy infused with expressive arts, play, eco, Jungian, and depth therapies.
I have a passion for working with youth (toddlers to teens). Not only am I a parent, but I spent several years working with TTUSD serving kids experiencing severe mental distress including depression, suicidality, self-harm, anxiety, trauma responses, and psychosis. I also work with select adults, specifically parents and women completing relationships.
One of the biggest factors in the success of therapy is a strong rapport and connection between therapist and client.
