I believe we are innately driven to grow and overcome obstacles but often just need support. I offer trauma-informed tools addressing anxiety related to grief, workplace and familial bullying, interactions with high-conflict personalities, personal growth/reducing overwhelm, self-worth/interpersonal communication, imposter syndrome. I also offer career counseling related to burnout and career transition and strengthening executive functioning skills challenged by ADHD or the technological distractions of modern life.
I enjoy helping people unlock their full potential to overcome self-limiting doubts and anxieties. I bring a background running a women's magazine and my own branding business. My super power is my ability to help clients see possibilities and develop tools when they feel overly distracted or overwhelmed by major life and career transitions.
