I specialize in work with toddlers, preschoolers, and early elementary age children, along with their families, to assist in managing a variety of challenges. I have substantial experience in the areas of emotion regulation, adaptive coping, managing challenging behaviors, and childhood worries and anxiety, including separation anxiety and selective mutism.
I utilize an eclectic treatment approach to meet the needs of each family, and provide play therapy, parent guidance, and parent-child sessions. I place strong emphasis on relationships and attachment, as I believe it is within the context of healthy, nurturing relationships, that children and families grow and thrive.
