I take a holistic approach, using a variety of therapeutic approaches. I enjoy working with individuals in all stages of life from children (age 5) to adults. When a child "comes out" parents and caregivers often find that they are in new and unfamiliar territory, left with questions about what it means to identify as LGBTQIA+, and don't know where to turn. This support group provides parents and caregivers a safe and supportive environment to help navigate through their thoughts and emotions, to gain knowledge, address challenges, provide them with a unique opportunity for personal growth, and to empower them to be both an ally and an advocate in their role as a parent or caregiver. Fourth Friday of each month 6 - 7:30
