I believe the counseling experience centers around the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client. I love helping women and girls gain the confidence to step into their unique power toward personal growth. By meeting clients where they are at and getting to know who they are as individuals, I am able to create a safe, trusting, warm, judgment-free environment that invites true vulnerability.
I take a relational, person-centered approach involving compassion, empathy, and collaboration as I walk alongside you throughout your counseling journey. I have a strong passion for working with women and issues relating to anxiety, confidence/self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, relationships, life adjustments, identity, grief, and depression.
I know reaching out for help can be scary and challenging. I strive to maintain a space where you feel comfortable and free to be who you are in your personal development experience.
