Being human is complex. It is messy, magical, and at times overwhelming. I work with women 16 and up, with people in the middle of a major life transition — grief, divorce, co-parenting, illness, career change — and with couples and families. What once served as protection can later create disconnection, conflict, or shame. Symptoms are rarely random; they reflect unmet needs, unresolved pain, and experiences yet to be fully integrated. Rather than something to eradicate, I see them as opportunities to reclaim agency, authenticity, and the parts of ourselves lost to survival.
Therapy with me is warm, direct, and actively engaged. Together we separate who you are from who you had to become to feel safe, loved, or accepted. I integrate depth psychology, CBT, and somatic work with practical tools for everyday life, and I lead 10-week therapy groups for women, family estrangement, and narcissistic abuse recovery.
