Hello! I am so proud of you for getting this far. I strive to provide a safe, open, and nurturing environment. Whether you are undergoing a major life-transition or need to process unresolved issues, I will be with you every step of the way. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. We are a team! Finding a therapist is similar to dating. The first one may just not be a good fit and that is okay! I have practiced across a wide range of settings, including inpatient mental health hospitals, outpatient group therapy centers, and long term rehabilitation facilities. My focus includes depression, OCD, anxiety, panic disorder, self-esteem, body focused repetitive behaviors (skin picking/hair pulling/nail biting), trauma, and ADHD.

Body Focused Repetitive Behavior Therapy Group
This group will educate you about BFRBs, offer support from the group, teach you numerous skills and tools to manage the BFRB, and will provide you was SO many resources! The group will be held on Friday's at 3pm (Jan. 20 2023- March 10, 2023). This therapy group is for ages 18+ and will be held in-person.
