I work with individuals, couples, and families via teletherapy to expand understanding, love, and respect, be that in relationships or towards yourself. I work collaboratively to identify goals, strengths, and road blocks in order to assist with long-term growth and healing. For couples, I draw from my completion of the Gottman Level 3 practicum training.
